Hi everyone! Today we were hit with our first Santa Ana winds here in Southern California and they are doing a number on us. The wind is a howling and blowing up a storm. Too bad it is not the cooler soup making weather. Darn! It is too warm for the stove or oven so we fixed up wraps for dinner tonight. This wrap contains my favorite seitan, (check out the Real Food Daily Cookbook), carrots, romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, mustard, and another favorite, avocado, all on a sprouted wheat tortilla. We served it up with some fresh pineapple spears. Delicious!
See you all tomorrow unless we get blown away. :o)
Boy that wrap looks good, might have to have an instant replay for tomorrows lunch. hehe

Those wraps look downright fantabulous!! I hope you don't get blown away!! :)
Hi Sheree,
Your wraps look delicious. All you had to do was mention pineapple and now I am craving that too!
Wrap one up for me, please!! ;0)
Careful with the storms, Sheree!!
Great looking wraps! And pineapple... yum!
How funny, everyone I know back home was talking about the winds yesterday too! They must be going crazy. I still remember how the air feels electric when the winds kick up...
I definitely got a can opener :)

Wraps are always so good and easy to make.
And you definitely should try Ponzu sauce! It's amazing on almost anything (well, not chocolate!!!). Eden brand is vegan (some brands have bonito/fish flakes).
Fantastic wraps!
I like that you put pineapple in your wraps!
I've never experienced that kind of storm and I hope you won't get blown away!
Really delicious wrap, I love the colours and textures.
I'm sorry the Santa Ana winds are plaguing you, too! I know your area suffered devastating fires not too long ago due to those winds. We have one fire raging 2 miles from my house and another not terribly far away.
Your wrap looks delicious! Thanks for giving me an idea of what to do w/ that extra 3 pounds of RFD seitan. :)
Hmm, the wraps look good! Hope the storm goes away soon!
Mmmmyum the wraps really DO look delicious! I hope the wind dies down a little for you soon. It gets incredibly house shakingly windy here sometimes too.
Wraps are hitting the blogs! I love it! And I love yours - can I get mine to go? :D
And I hope the winds are nicer soon!
Your wrap DOES look really good! You've got me wanting a wrap bigtime.
your wraps look really yummy.
Hope everything is ok. I was in San Diego last year during the fires. Not too close to them, but still freaky.
