Technical Difficulties but I am still here.

Sorry for being away for so long. My camera decided to no longer work and DH was redoing the office so things were a bit crazy. Needless to say not much creative cooking going on and I didn't want to bore you with tons of grand baby pictures. :o) I did try a new recipe from Bryanna and it is fantastic! It is quick and very low fat. I took this picture with my phone, which seemed to work better than I thought. Oh, after the picture the noodles had soaked up the sauce so I added more. This stuff is so addicting!

Also, DH is going to til the garden this weekend and get ready to plant. Here are the last of the carrots. I hope the weather holds and we get some broccoli, carrot, and lettuce seeds started on Saturday.

I am soooo jealous. We (in Colorado) won't be doing any tilling for quite some time. :)

Love the VEGAN bowl , btw.

I LOVE Bryanna! I have one of her cookbooks, and I made the Hollandaise-- it was soooo creamy and perfect!

Ugh, don't you hate technical difficulties! Your dinner looks delicious and your carrots are awesome! I can't wait to have a veggie patch (although mine's going to be a miniature one :P)

Grrr to technical difficulties!
Your basket of home-grown carrots looks wonderful!
I'm debating whether to try and grow some carrots, rhubarb, and broccoli this year, but I'm not very green-fingered.
I'm definitely going to grow a herb garden though, I think I can manage that >:o)

the pasta looks awesome.

I really want to live in CA so I can have a garden that lasts all year round. you make a really good case for living there.

you totally need to post some baby pics!

Love your pic - and aren't Bryanna's recipes a wow?! But your making of that one makes my mouth water - I am a real pasta freak. Grandkids? Where??? You have to prove it. More phone photos please! Hugs.
